eMinders

Request a demoeMinders is a service you can offer right through your website. Your patients or parents can securely subscribe to receive an email reminder to schedule a needed appointment with your office. 

How it Works

When a patient, parent or caregiver registers with your secure eMinder service, they will receive an email reminding them to schedule an upcoming appointment. During the subscription process, patients can specify what type of appointment reminder they need and what date they need it by.

Reminder appointment types can include:

  • Annual Exam
  • Mammogram
  • Dexa Scan
  • Vaccination
  • Medication Check
  • Routine Procedures/Treatments
  • Ultrasound
  • Blood Work
  • Flu Shot

Email reminders would be sent approximately 30 or 60 days in advance of needed date. From the message, patients can log-in to pick-up their reminder that includes information on their needed appointment, how to contact your office, and a link to your online appointment request form (if applicable). This allows your patients to simply request their appointment online - all in one easy and convenient step.

Administrative Utility

eMinders also comes with a web-based admin utility, where an administrator can log-in to manage subscribers, appointment types and intervals as well as upload a file from a third party source - i.e., immunization registry file, practice management or EMR system.
