Here's what you can expect.
1. Interview and Proposal
Through a phone call or face-to-face meeting we get an understanding of your website goals, needs, and strategies. From that, we work up a written proposal.
2. Site Planning
Following proposal approval, we begin to design a site map, outlining site navigation and components. Through our initial discovery meeting, we will gain a better understanding of your key messaging, brand and core objectives.
3. Concepting & Design
At this stage, we develop a design template and submit it to you for your approval. We will also pre-select a variety of photos for you to select from to use on your site.
4. Content Collection
Content collection is usually a collaborative effort. We will complete a content plan, outlining content requirements for your site. This plan will act as a guide to outline what we will need to complete page development.
5. Site Development
After design approval, we begin to code your pages. We will also set up your on-line applications, such as secure patient forms, eMinders, etc..
6. Testing & Dev. Approval
You'll have the opportunity to view and critique your site. We'll make any necessary changes as needed for your final approval and site launch. At this point we verify spelling and grammar, links, forms, site keywords, and database functionality.
7. Upload to Live Server
Domain is linked to your hosting service's address and index files are moved.
8. Site Marketing
We register your site with search engines and directories.
9. Final Stages
We provide you with a back up of your source code and any necessary log-in information associated with your site. We will also conduct any required training.
